Part of the Powerscourt Springs Health Farm in Enniskerry is to be put up for sale this week.
The building known as Toranfield House, which sits on 41 acres, has been priced at €1.6 million.
The property is just outside Enniskerry village, along the main road leading to Powerscourt Waterfall.
The 1,710sq/m building, which was recently used as a treatment centre for addiction, includes 20 ensuite bedrooms as well as offices, treatment rooms and a leisure facility.
Estate agents suggest alternative uses such as a nursing home, medical care centre, hospital/ hospice as well as a residential/ educational centre.
The mobile home holiday park, Jack’s Hole Beach Resort in Brittas Bay, is also up for sale with a guide price of €2.25 million.
The 12-acre site includes a private beach, 71 mobile home stands, two tennis courts, a games room, children’s play areas, a boat slip, boat moorings and facilities for water sports.
The annual rent for a mobile home in the park is €8,000.
Estate agents expect strong interest from other holiday park operators as well as other investors because of the rarity of such sales and the popularity of Brittas Bay.
