A Met Éireann status orange wind warning is in place for Dublin, Louth. Wexford, Wicklow, Meath, Cork, Kerry and Waterford. South to southeast winds are predicted to reach mean wind speeds of 50 to 70 km/h, with gusts of 80 to 100 km/h.
