Peaceful protests are continuing at a number of housing estates in Bray against Irish water.
The new water company had to halt work on Monday as the two day notice to start work was not issued to residents at Kilbride Grove.
Work began on Roselawn drive at 5.30am on Tuesday morning.
This morning (Wednesday) workers returned to Kilbride Grove but have failed to get anymore than a few meters into the estate as protesters make their feelings known.
One woman was arrested at Wolfe Tone square this morning but has since been released with a caution.

There will be a meeting tonight in Herbert Park, Bray to discuss the resistance of water meter installation. Protesters would encourage people from all over Bray and surrounding areas to attend.
