Fiona Doyle evacuated from home after pipe bomb incident reports claim

Fiona Doyle had to be evacuated from her home in Wexford this morning after a pipe bomb was found under the Wicklow woman’s car.

The Army Bomb Disposal Team are currently dealing with an incident in Ballycanew, Co Wexford and Gardai have confirmed that a device was found in the area shortly after 9 am this morning.

Speaking to the Irish Independent, Ms Doyle said : “Someone has left a pipe bomb under my car. I can’t believe it.

“I believe it has something to do with my husband’s work. He works as a bouncer in Wicklow. It’s quite scary.”

Ms Doyle had bravely spoke out  last year about how her father, Patrick Doyle (75), had repeatedly raped her from 1973 until 1982. He had his sentence increased on appeal and is not due to be realeased until 2022.

Speaking after the trial, Ms Doyle had said : ““I am not a victim anymore, I am a survivor.”
