WSPCA praise work done in serving closure notice at Carlow puppy farm

Wicklow SPCA would like to acknowledge the great work carried out by the ISPCA and Dogs Trust and other relevant authorities involved in serving a Closure Notice on the dog breeder in Co. Carlow.

In order to make room for these dogs, we pushed and shoved, called in anyone who was willing to help and offered our assistance. Late on Friday evening, a batch of the dogs arrived into our care. They are all doing very well but will not be up for adoption for a while yet.
To help us continue with our regular admissions of dogs from the Dog Pound, we need to have some of our resident dogs adopted.

While the public attention is on the dogs from the puppy farm (and rightly so) we ask that if you are considering adopting a dog, you call into Wicklow SPCA Animal Sanctuary, or to the Dog Pound and remember these dogs are also in urgent need of good homes.
