Community Games
Congratulations to Molly and TJ Hynes getting Fourth and third place in County Wicklow Swimming finals in Arklow on Saturday. Well done
The County Wicklow Athletic Finals are finally with us on next Saturday 13th June in Shillelagh. All competitors to be there for 9.30pm for preparation of the parade with competition starting just after 10am. Please check in with one of our committee to collect your vest and label. Please wear dark shorts and bring plenty of water, sunhat, suncream and a picnic for what we hope will be a beautiful day.
The second round of Leinster U-14 Tag rugby sees Aughrim/Annacurra playing against St. Brigids Newbridge Co. Kildare next Friday in
Annacurra hoping to start around 7.15pm. This is a great occasion as its the first time our area has been involved in Tag Ruby. We wish all the competitors the best of luck.

KARE Coffee Morning
Join us for a summer coffee morning in the Courthouse Arts Centre, Tinahely Friday 3rd July 10a.m. – 1p.m. Proceeds to KARE a voluntary organization founded in 1967 by parents and friends of people with an intellectual disability. Fundraising is an important source of additional income for KARE. The Local Service in Tinahely was established in 2003. We appreciate your continued generous support. All are welcome!

Third level student Lorna Mallick hosted a very successful Coffee Morning fundraiser on Saturday last 30th May in Courthouse Arts Centre, Tinahely raising in excess of €1,100. This event was part of Lorna’s fundraising campaign for Nurture Africa a charity she will be volunteering with on a three week placement in Uganda during July. Lorna was delighted to have raised more than her fundraising target of €2,000 bringing the total to over €3,500 for her chosen charity. Lorna is taking this opportunity to thank each and all of you for your generous support and encouragement given to her during the various fundraisers. Your wonderful support is greatly appreciated
Barbeque
The Annual Tinahely/ Carnew Barbeque will take place at The Rectory, Killcommon, Tinahely, on Sunday June 14. Barbeque will start at 1pm until 3pm. Adults 20 euro Children 5 euro. Your support would be very much appriciated
