Sandra O Shaughnessy from Rathdrum Co Wicklow is organising the event the reason why she organised this event with the help of Declan Quinn from LCM promoter’s was because her mother Marie passed away with this dreadful disease a number of weeks ago I have witnessed my mam going through with this disease for the last 10 and 1/2 years  as I explained I decided that I wanted to do something to help Nolan House out in Rathdrum.
She went up to Nolan House and spook to Aileen Doran who is the head boss over the Nolan House and told her what fundraiser was considering.
She asked Aileen what would the money be spent on and she explained to Sandra that the would like to extend the Garden at the back of the house and make it a senor garden and make it safe and secure that the client could go out in to the garden on a nice sunny and warm day so that what the money will be spent on.
