Annacurra notes August 3

Jimmy Cullen would like to thank all the supporters of his fundraising walk in aid of Chernobyl Children’s Foundation of Ireland, which was run in conjunction with the 4 A s walking club in May this year. The funds raised from the walk were supplemented by a Car Boot Sale last month at Inch and the total amount raised at the two events came to 4, 225. Many thanks to everybody who raised money through sponsorship or donated items for the Car Boot Sale or indeed to the people who assisted in organising the events and for helping out on the day.
