          Vintage games,  vintage cars,  family picnic area, music,  stalls.

          Pony rides,  bowls display,  old fashioned sporting fun for young & old.

          WWI Heritage Walk in Burnaby Estate with Peter Murtagh

          Looking at homes and families affected by Gallipoli and stories behind the tragedy.

          Meet at Burnaby Park;  1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.



Greystones volunteers needed at Mission to Seafarers in Dublin Port.

Centre is located just off Alexandra Road in Dublin Port.

Centre is open each evening from 7:00 p.m.


Seafarers from all over the world are welcomed.

They can use free WIFI to contact home + have break from confines of their ships.

Service can only continue if volunteers come forward.

Teams are rostered one evening per week or one evening per fortnight.

          Pleases separate these from hard cover books.

          Loose leaf folders in good condition for reuse are welcome.

Walk up Lugnaquilla,  the highest mountain in Leinster !!

Lugnaquilla is the highest mountain outside of Kerry,  925 metres above sea level.

This challenging but accessible mountain is one of the best walks in the Wicklow Mountains.

On a clear day,  it offers breathtaking views over the Wicklow mountains and far beyond.

Series of fully guided walks are now being organised by Footfalls Walking Holidays.


Each walk is fully guided by qualified and experienced mountain leaders.

Stevie Ray Vaughan and BB King.

Giving it their best on the night are The Business Blues Band.

Main man is Pat Farrell,  along with the best of the Brian Meakin Band.

This band is an exceptionally gifted outfit boasting one f Ireland’s finest blues guitarists.

Taste of Greystones Third Annual Regatta 2015

Hosted by Greystones Sailing Club and Greystones Harbour Marina


Second Largest Sailing Event in Ireland

Boats will start arriving on the Saturday with races that day.

Over 140 boats expected to race on the Sunday,  leaving harbour about 10:30 a.m.

Boats from Holyhead,  Bray,  Arklow,  Wicklow, Dun Laoghaire,  Poolbeg and Howth.

With over 700 sailors,  this is a sailing spectacle not to be missed.


Wicklow Lifeboat expected to arrive at 2:30 p.m.

Rescue operation simulation off the cove at Greystones with helicopter,  3:00 p.m.

RNLI Stand with information and items will be open:  saving lives at sea.

A group of therapists give their time to provide therapies to members of the public.

In exchange for the treatment,  a suggested donation of €15 may be made.

The money donated is given to local charities or groups who are felt to need support.


All the therapists are qualified and have their own insurance.


Therapies include:

          Back Massage          Indian Head Massage          Reflexology

          Reiki                       Amatzu                            Energy Healing
