Irish building materials company Kilsaran International revealed its concrete plans for Wicklow as it officially opened at Wicklow’s Ballinclare Quarry in Kilbride. The quarry is to provide 20 full time jobsfor Wicklow at the plant which will serve the South Dublin. The group also plans further development of the facility through an investment and extension programme over the next 25 years.
Since taking over the quarry from in 2014, a state of the art asphalt and tarmacadam production plant and a new aggregate production plant have been built, with the existing concrete plant fully restored to meet the highest environmental standards. The investment includes the purchase of new equipment and a transport fleet to service the South-East.
