Hot Spot Music Club:  Mongoose

Above the Beach House at Greystones Harbour.


Mongoose are a four piece all female,  folk/jazz/acoustic band from Dublin.

They do lots of vocal harmonies and mostly their own songs plus creative covers.

They helped to raise money for the Fr. Peter McVerry Trust.

Mongoose recently supported Scullioin & Kila at The Hot Spot.

They are now headlining their own show for the second time.

Friends of Merlin Fun Dog Walk 2015

Bellevue Woods,  Glen of the Downs,  Delgany.

Meet at Bellevue Woods Car Park,  2:30 p.m.


In aid of Dogs Trust.

The walk continues the work fundraising for Dogs Trust by Friends of Merlin.

Friends of Merlin run the Bray and Greystones Dog Shows.


Come out and enjoy the gorgeous scenery,  autumn colours and a leisurely walk.

Come with or without a four legged friend !!

Enjoy the walk at your own pace … a brisk walk or a gentle stroll.

Greystones Municipal District Special Meeting

Civic Office,  Mill Road;  9:30 a.m.

Meeting is being held to discuss the disposal of land at Greystones Harbour.

This meeting was postponed from last Monday night.



Tonight and each last Monday of the month.

St. Patrick’s Parish Centre,  Church Road; 

7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.


A group of therapists give their time to provide therapies to members of the public.

In exchange for the treatment,  a suggested donation of €15 may be made.

The money donated is given to local charities or groups who are felt to need support.


All the therapists are qualified and have their own insurance.


Therapies include:

          Back Massage          Indian Head Massage          Reflexology

          Reiki                       Amatzu                            Energy Healing

First of four special sessions begins tonight.

Bereavement for men is a very difficult time.

Men grieve differently from women + have their own special needs.


This men only series will be facilitated by The Irish Hospice Foundation

Previous men only sessions have proved to be very helpful.
