Traffic restrictions in Bray on Tuesday as victims from the Carrickmines tragedy funerals take place

The town of Bray is expected to come to a standstill tomorrow for the funeral services for five of those who lost their lives in a tragic fire at a halting site in Carrickmines nine days ago in which ten people were killed. Tara Gilbert and her children Jodie and Kelsey as well as her partner Willy Lynch and his brother Jimmy, will repose at Thomas Murphy and sons funeral home on the Boghall road in Bray from 2 o’clock today (Monday).

Their funerals will take place tomorrow at Springfield Cemetery, on the Killarney Road, after midday mass in the Church of The Most Hoy Redeemer, Main Street in Bray.

Traffic restrictions will be in place.

The funeral services for the other five victims, Thomas and Sylvia Connors and their three children, Christopher, Jim and Mary, will take place in Wexford on Friday afternoon.
