AGB Ladies Committee extend a warm welcome to our returning coaches, mentors, administrators and volunteers for the 2017 season. We also welcome some new personnel and thank all our new recruits in advance for their time and talents, which they will, no doubt, put to good use in the busy season ahead. If there are any others among the many parents, players, friends and supporters of AGB Ladies, who would like to get involved in the running of this vibrant, busy and successful club please contact any committee member and we will fill you in very quickly on the myriad of tasks involved in keeping this very worthwhile show on the road! If you are interested in working with a particular team, again let us know. You might be surprised at the many simple and undemanding ways you can help and with lots of hands on deck nothing is impossible and no one is overworked or overwhelmed. We specifically need to develop our U8s and U10s so if anyone, young or not so young, would like to help out on a Saturday morning to get these youngsters off to a positive start please contact Margot on 085 8624994We look forward to the continued support of our many friends in Arklow for our fund-raising efforts in the year ahead. As we strive to keep costs down for players and families it remains necessary to raise money to fund the many teams from Academy through to U8s, U10s, U12s, U14s, U16s, Minor, Junior and Senior. Due to growing numbers we have two teams in many of these grades and while this brings its challenges both in terms of equipment and mentors, it also signals a bright future for Arklow Geraldines Ballymoney. So be part of it all in 2017. AGB – Ambition, Growth, Belief! Athbhliain faoi shéan is faoi mhaise daoibh go léir ó Choiste na mBan, AGB.

The National Draw tickets are on sale at the moment at €10 each with super prizes to be won and, even better, all of the money raised stays within the club. If you would like to buy some tickets or feel you might be able to sell a book of five please contact any Club member.
