THE POWER OF STORIES

AN EVENING OF INSPIRATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT

Wednesday,  26 April, 2017,  Coolnagreina YWCA Greystones;  7 pm to 10 pm.

No charge,  donations towards costs are welcome.

 

The evening will be presented by Dr. Ian Dickson,  Tio,  at Belfast Bible College.

 

Tio’s visions is to see a world where people with intellectual disabilities and their families fully and appropriately contribute to church and society.

 

The mission of Tio is to inspire,  empower and support people with intellectual disabilities,  their families and faith communities through connecting,  teaching,  research and advocacy.

HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENT

HAP is a new form of social housing support provided by Wicklow County Council.

WCC can provide housing assistance for households who qualify for social housing support.

HAP commenced in Wicklow County Council on 1 December 2016.

TUSLA PARENTS PLUS:  PARENTING WHEN SEPARATED PROGRAMME

A practical and positive evidence based course for parents.

Parents who are preparing for,  going through,  or have gone through, separation or divorce.

 

Six week course that highlights practical steps parents can take to help their children.

Wide range of topics.

Course is free and open to separated parents from all backgrounds.

 

Course is professionally facilitated by social workers.

Springboard Family Support Project,  St. Columbanus NS,  Loughlinstown.

Starting Wednesday,  17 May, 2016,  for six Wednesdays,  until 21 June, 2017.
