I’ve had some serious fashion envy watching all the snaps and photos from Coachella this weekend.
The sun kissed bodies, long flowing wavy tresses, tanned toned pins and beautiful backdrops of Palm Springs in California. I seriously would love to be there.
With the summer practically around the corner and a line up of festivals to hit our own shores, I decided to do a little Summer/Festival Inspiration with Outfits Ideas from the High street, and some tips for the different styles of outfits to suit all types. Hope you enjoy xx
Mix and Match, don’t be afraid to layer and layer. Accessories will make the outfit better. Add hats, sunglasses, bandanas, flower crowns, feathers in your hair, jewellery, lots and lots of jewellery. Stack bracelets and bangles, add belts, body art and body jewellery. Too much is never too much for a festival, as long as you are comfortable. Printed t-shirts, fringing, lace, floaty kimono’s, shorts, bardot, and crop tops are easy wins for a festival style. Think Gypsy and with a Hint of Western style. holidays shop pieces are also great to add to any outfit and won’t break the bank. Experiment with colour and mix and match prints, make it fun. If your body conscious you could wear tights with playsuits and boots, or ripped denims with a top. Another great alternative is a floaty skirt or long dress, you will be super comfy while staying very stylish. Don’t forget to bring a backpack instead of a handbag, you can have some extra clothing in it to layer up if it gets cold (like an oversized cardigan or denim jacket) But above all the most important thing is that you are comfortable so that you an enjoy the experience
Hope you enjoyed this post and found it helpful xx
