Good luck to Wicklow referee Anthony Nolan who takes charge of the Leinster football final between Dublin and Kildare today in Croke park.
While we have not had much to cheer about in GAA terms in the Garden County recently at least we have a man at the centre of it all today.
Anthony will be assisted by his umpires, Wicklow men Damien Byrne, Donal O’Keefee, Peter Case and Patrick Doyle.
Friend of Anthony and another one of the countries top referee’s, John Keenan said “Great day for Wicklow today as one of our own gets to referee the Leinster football final. The very best of good luck to Anthony Nolan. Very proud day for himself, his family and his club. Best wishes to you and the lads Anto. Have a good one.”
