Parish Record

The new Annacurra Parish Record was launched on Saturday night in Annacurra community Centre.

 Fr Hamill was welcomed back to launch the record, which is his excellent project. The record covers the years  2013 – 2016. There are still some copies left and can be purchased from The Church Sacristy.  

Thank you to The Hall committee  who provided tea and lovely home baking.

 

Old time Threshing and Vintage Day

The annual Old time Threshing and Vintage Day will be held on Terence Dunne’s farm in Muskeagh Tinahely on Sunday 8th October at 2pm. All proceeds go to South Wicklow Hospice Homecare . A great family day out fun for all. Your support would be greatly appreciated.

 

 Change of date for Agm!!
That time of the year again. Our AGM takes place on Thursday October 19th at 8.30 in the Aughrim Community Sports & Leisure Association.

Please come along even to listen to what community games is about and to offer an opinion. All welcome.

Community Games is 10 years old in Aughrim/Annacurra. Celebration and presentations night is organised for Saturday October 21st 5-7 in the Aughrim Sports Complex. Looking forward to seeing all our children and past and present volunteers too at this momentous evening.

 

Gaa Lotto

Results for September 25.  No jackpot winner. Numbers drawn  7-17-24-26   Match 3 winners;  Colin and Catriona c/o May O’Brien; Michelle Fitzgerald, Rathdrum. Jackpot next week €8.200 euro. Draw held in Saltee on Monday night

 

Whist Drive

There will be a whist drive in Annacuura Community Hall on Saturday night next  October 7

 

Library

Opening times for Aughrim Library are as follows Tuesday 3-5 Wednesday 3-5 and 6-60 until 8-30 Friday 11-1 and 3-5 Saturday 2-4. Membership free. Photocopying available
