This is it. All of your hard work and dedication is about to culminate in this…the grand finale of the Pure Fitness 12 Workouts of Christmas. We hope you’ve taken a lot from the last 12 days, and we hope that your enthusiasm for exercise persists long after them.

We’d like to congratulate you for coming this far and sticking with our routines. We hope you’ve had as much enjoyment from them as we have in devising them. Hopefully these workouts will stick with you well after the 12 days are completed.

But there’s still one day left, and now it’s time to put it all to bed! Get ready!

Warm up:

Band rows x30

Pull ups x8-10

3 sets

Superset:

BB Floor Rows x10

BB Bent over rows x10

4 sets

Superset:

DB Bent over swings x12-15

T-Bar Rows single x10 each

4 sets

Set:

DB Rows (decline bench) x10-12 each

3 sets

Superset:

Seated cable rows x15

Kneeling straight arm cable pull downs (rope) x10-12

3 sets

Finisher:

alternating lat pull downs x failure!

1/2 sets And that is a WRAP!
