You’re nearing the half-way mark of the Pure Fitness 12 Workouts of Christmas, and if you aren’t feeling it yet – you aren’t doing it right.

Keeping in the Liftmas spirit, Day Five is an arm and core combo like no other. So grab your gear and head down to your nearest Pure Fitness in Rathnew or Arklow where’ll we’ll be there to motivate you and answer any questions you might have.
