Pure Fitness 12 Workouts of Christmas (Day Six)

You’re now half-way through Pure Fitness 12 Workouts of Christmas! If you’ve been with us from the beginning, then it’s time to celebrate with another workout! And if you’re only joining us, it’s better late than never – so get ready to drop, squat, and plank your way through this intense Day Six workout.

This workout can be completed at home or at your nearest Pure Fitness gym, so you’re welcome to stay at home if your living room can handle the heat!

So what are you waiting for? Let’s do this!

AMRAP 1 x 20 Minutes

Squats x 30

Lunges x 12 (Each Leg)

Wall Sit x MAX

Burpees x 10

20 minutes as many rounds as possible                                            

AMRAP 2 x 20 minutes

Mountain Climbers x 40

Plank Ups x 10 (Each Arm)

Modified Hand Stand Push Ups x 10

Single Leg Push Ups x 5 (Each Leg)

20 minutes as many rounds as possible
