The days are getting darker and the workouts are getting harder, but you’ve made it this far – and there’s no turning back now! You’ve reached the home-stretch of the 12 Workouts of Christmas and you deserve a medal for simply making it to this point.

But you’re not here for a medal, you’re in it to win it!

Day Ten of your 12 Workouts of Christmas is the most intense yet. This Tabata workout is designed to push you like nothing else, so clear out a space at home and get ready to break a sweat.

Exercise 1: Burpees x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes) 

Exercise 2: Push Ups x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)

Exercise 3: Squat Jumps x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)

Exercise 4: High Knee Boxing x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)

Exercise 5: Lunges x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)

Exercise 6: Plyo Jacks x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)

Exercise 7: Squat Hold x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)

Exercise 8: Wall Sprint x 20 Seconds then 10 Seconds rest x 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)
