Tai Chi & Qi Gong Classes
Learn gentle flowing healing movements that relieve stress, improve flexibility and mobility. Tai Chi & Qi Gong Classes every Wednesday evening from 7 – 8 pm &  Friday Mornings 10 – 11 am @ Aughrim Sports & Leisure Complex. New to You Thrift Shop

Helping towards the upkeep of the Pavilion, Fishing Park and village of Aughrim.   We are appealing for donations of saleable goods – bric a Brac, clothing, small pieces of furniture toys etc.  If you have something that you have no further use for but feel it would suit someone else please donate.  Our opening hours are 10am to 1pm2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 2pm Saturday.  Thank you.  Aughrim Tidy Towns.  See us on Facebook “Aughrim New to You Thrift Shop”

Church of the Sacred Heart

Lent begins on Wednesday February 14th and Mass will be celebrated in this Church at 11.00.am.  Ashes will be blessed and distributed at the Mass.

Active Retirement

Our A.G M took place Tuesday February 6th. The committee would like to thank our guest speaker Andrew McCabe from Wicklow Sports Partnership. Chair Yoga resumes next Tuesday February 13th. Please bring along a blanket and cushion. There will be a film in the Brook Lodge Hotel on Sunday February. 18th at 6pm sharp in aid of men’s cancer research. Everyone is welcome.

Lotto

The numbers: 2, 5, 7 and 19 were drawn in the sports club lotto on Monday last February 6th.  Match three winners were: Willie O’Loughlin, Darragh & Cormac Sheridan and Joe Bailham. The jackpot was not won. The jackpot is €4800.

Market

Join us at Aughrim Town & Country Market next Saturday from 10am – 2pm.    A warm welcome and cosy atmosphere awaits you as you peruse the market stalls. You will find fresh local produce and crafts including; farm fresh eggs and meat, home baked cakes and breads, jams, chutneys & healthy granola, freshly cooked frittatas, pates  and lots more.     Join us at the market cafe where Celine and Ellie provide hearty breakfasts, lunches, teas, coffees and scrumptious sweet delights.
