The winner of Scoil Aodan Naofa Carnew Split the Pot of the 4th May was Ms Dunne winning €212, the next draw is Friday 18th May. Tickets only €2 from the school or local shops.
ASKAMORE GRAVE YARD
When people are cleaning their graves for the annual patron in June can they please bring home their rubbish and not dispose of it in the grave yard, many thanks.
KILRUSH RECERTIFICATION
Kilrush recertification in CPR and AED use will be held on Tuesday 29th May at 7.30pm in Colaiste bhride Carnew, can people book before 24th please to Patricia on 0872413293.
ROAD RUN
Carnew Heritage Club annual road run is on Sunday 20th May at 12.30pm from Carnew mart, all welcome, proceeds are towards Carnew Community Care.
BINGO
The next bingo is on Sunday 20th May at 2.30pm in St Bridget’s Hall, Carnew all welcome, many thanks to everyone for their support to date.
BIG BREAKFAST FUN DAY
Carnew Back Alley Project are holding a Big Breakfast fun day on Sunday 27th May at 12 noon in the Back Alley, €5 per person with bouncy castle and loads of fun on the day, all welcome.
MID-SUMMER SERINITY WORKSHOP
Treat yourself to a half day experience of transformative power of mindfulness, mediation and inner exploration on Saturday 16th June from 10am – 1pm in Transformations Studios, Donishal, Carnew, costing €60. Workshop plus 1 hour 1-1 Sound Healing Consultation €100. €25 deposit on or before Friday 1st June to ensure your place. Pay in full on or before Friday 1st June for reduced rates of €50 for workshop or €90 for workshop plus sound healing Consultation (at a date before or after workshop).
