Wicklow property is slashed by more than half

A property in Wicklow once priced at €3.75 million has returned to the market at less than half its original price.

It marks the second time the property’s asking price has decreased.

The property, once owned by the late parents of the Minister for Transport, Shane Ross, was put up for sale last year.

According to the Irish Times, Knockmore in Enniskerry is a 4,200 square foot Palladian property, with 15 acres of grounds, has been placed for sale by public auction at €1.6 million, a 57 per cent discount on its launch price.

The property will go up for auction once again on October 2nd at Lisney Auctioneers in Dun Laoghaire.
