Strong winds have been forecast for Monday as MET Eireann issue a Status Yellow wind waning for 20 counties which include County Wicklow.
The warning will come into effect from 5am on Monday morning to 5pm Monday evening.
Strong and gusty southeast winds will reach mean speeds of 50 to 60kmh with gusts of up to 100km/h possible, strongest about high ground.
Members of the public are reminded to keep away from piers and cliffs.
Motorists should be aware of fallen trees and debris.
