Avoca IT Centre is open for business for: Tourist Information Centre, Library, Computer Classes, Faxing Service, Photocopying, Printing, Internet/WIFI access, Scanning, Binding, Typing and preparing CV’s etc., so come along and familiarse yourself with computers in a relaxed atmosphere. RED KITE WALK

VOLUNTEER DAY Saturday 26th October meet at the community hall at 10 am . Please bring weedeater, spade, shovel , rake, hedge cutters. We will be cutting back vegetation, trip hazards etc also pot hole filling. This is your chance to show your support. All volunteers should check in at the community hall.

Newbridge Graveyard Committee Avoca

The Committee for Newbridge Graveyard Committee Avoca would to thank all those who attended the Prayers and Blessing of the Graves at Newbridge Graveyard and to those who provided food for the Supper afterwards. The Committee would especially like to thank Fr McCarthy for his Prayers and Support on the Day.

The Kilmagig Graveyard Committee would like to thank all those who attended the Prayers and Blessing of the Graves in the Graveyard, especially to Fr Coughlan for his Prayers and Support. The Committee would like to thank all those who supported the Kilmagig Bring and Buy Sale in Conary Parish Hall on the 5th of October. Farm Family Committee

A meeting of the County Wicklow IFA Farm Family Committee will take place on Tuesday, 29th October in the Woodenbridge Hotel at 8 pm.

The speaker this month will be John Byrne who will talk on the subject of Wind Farming. This is a topic that should be of interest to everyone and we look forward to hearing him speak.

New members are always welcome and there is a cup of tea/coffee after the meeting where people can have a chat and get to know one another. Why not come along and enjoy the evening.
