Our season has come to a close with a great year’s camogie behind us. On Saturday 12th our u8 and u10 squads competed in a County Blitz in Aughrim. Organised by Wicklow Camogie County Board this was the final outing for the girls who have played brilliantly all year.

Our u12’s competed in the u12 go-games blitzes before entering the all-county Mini-league in which they remained unbeaten many of the u12 girls gained valuable experience playing full camogie with the u13 and u14 squads. The u13’s had a great season getting to the semifinal of the the A championships and winning the shield., while our u14’s were unlucky in the B Championship count final. Our u16’s made it to the B championship county final and were unlucky with the outcome to their season.

Meanwhile, our Intermediate team competed in the Championship semi-final and unfortunately was defeated on the day. Their Shield campaign is still ongoing.

To wrap up the season, a presentation night will be held in the coming weeks with our AGM to follow. In the meantime the club committee would like to thank all the palyers, coaches and parents for their whole-hearted support suring the. We look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.
