As many as five cars have been broken into while the players of Rathnew AFC were training on Tuesday night at Shamrock park.
Between 7pm and 8pm cars had their windows smashed and contents were stolen including cash, wallets and mobile phones.
Anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area are asked to call the Gardai in Wicklow 0404 60140 or call the Garda confidential line on 1800 666 111.
