D2 Gridlink Alliance would like to remind anyone concerned or opposed to the EirGrid Grid Link project which proposes to locate 400kV pylons along the D2 corridor, that there is a meeting tonight, 8th October, 8pm in Askamore Hall.
The areas impacted are Ballywilliam, Ballygalvent, Coolnahorna, Rathnure, Glenglass, Greenan, Ballynaminnan, Monbeg, Clonjordan, BallywilliamRoe, Ballycarnie, Tombrack, Ballaman, Ballyroebuck, Bolinrush, Donishall, Tombreane, Umrigar, Carnew,Croneyhorn, Ballyknocker, Ballard, Crone, Boley, Coolkenna, Lumcloon, Corragh, Ballyduff, Duffery, Coolmanagh, Barnhill, Knocklishen, Mountkelly, Mountneill and Baltinglass.
The focus of the meeting will be on how to take action.
