The Aoife and Aine Kennedy Memorial Fund Halloween Ball is on 27th October in “The Lodge” ballroom in Carnew, Co Wicklow.
The night is being run in memory of two sisters who tragically lost their lives at the age of 5.5yrs.
Their mother Carioline told Wicklownews.net “The aim of the charity is to make a difference to a child’s life and their families and stop them going through what we did.”
Music on the night is with the popular band “52nd Street” from Kildare with music from the 50s up to present date followed by their DJ until the early hours.
A monster raffle will be drawn on the night with prizes over 1,000 to win and tickets are in circulation in the lodge and halls shop , main st, carnew or any committee member, 2 euro each or 3 for 5 euro.
There will be a valuable door prize on the night and prizes for the best dressed and other categories too.
Proceeds are going to Temple Street Children’s Hospital to help improve St Josephs ward. Adm on the night is 5 euro and finger food will be served, fancy dress optional and if you don’t feel like dressing please do come along and enjoy the music and fun.
