The culture bus will travel to the National Concert Hall on Saturday December 7th 2013 for “It is still a wonderful music life” by the Glasnevin Musical Society. The concert will feature Broadway hits from Meet me in St Louis, Carosel, Oklahoma, Cole Porter, Cabaret, West Side Story, Evita, Sondheim, Disney and favourite Christmas Classics and Carols. Sympathy is extended to the Guing family, Usk on the death of their mother Margaret. Margaret’s funeral took place to Gormanstown on Thursday October 31st 2013.Margaret is mourned by her sons Seamus Leigh, George, Tommy, Joe, James, Paddy, daughters Angela, Mary and Margaret and her many relatives and friends. May she rest in peace.

Shuriken Jutsu Martial Arts Classes
Shuriken Jutsu classes starting in the Imaal hall, 6:45p.m – 8:15p.m from the 13th of September and every Friday thereafter.
The classes will cover street/self defence, weapons, blocks and locks and will help towards improving fitness, losing weight, boosting confidence and self discipline. Free Childcare Programme – Parents & Childminders
The Childminders Advisory Service H.S.E.in conjunction with Wicklow County Childcare Committee will host a free introductory childcare programme in Dunlavin Community Playschool on Saturdays November 9th and 16th (2 day course) 9.30 am – 4.30 p.m. This programme covers all aspects of setting up childminding from home including the voluntary notification system, tax exemption and childminder’s grant scheme. A craft and food fair will take place in Camphill community hall Grange beg, Dunlavin on Saturday November 30th from 2-5pm. Bingo takes place in the Imaal Hall every Saturday night at 9pm.Jackpot waiting to be won now stands at €1200. The funds raised by the Bingo goes towards the upkeep of the Imaal Hall and well worth supporting.
