The Christmas markets at the Brockagh Centre will take place on Sunday 8 and 15 December. Lots of hand-made and unique Christmas gifts to buy. We will have something for children on both days. Sunday 8 December children can try out archery and other games as well as face-painting. Sunday 15 Santa will make an appearance. Christmas Puddings & Cakes , Home baking, Jams & Chutneys, Jewellery, Novelty Bird Tables, Hand knits, Aloe Vera, Candles, Christmas Wreathes, Glass & Pottery, Plants and much, much more. The mobile library is in Laragh every second Thursday from 11.30 am until 12.30 pm. The next dates are 28 November and 12 December.
The Citizen’s Information Centre at the Brockagh Centre is open on 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. The next dates are Tuesday 3 and 17 December from 10 a.m. until 12 noon for information relating to your rights and entitlements. No appointment necessary. This is a free and confidential service.
Tuesday Night – Dance Night
The Wicklow Man is back to his usual Tuesday night slot in the Brockagh Centre from 9.30 p.m.
Closed AA Meetings are held in the Brockagh Resource Centre in Laragh at 8.30 p.m. every Monday night. If you think that you may have a problem with alcohol please come along.
