Extremely wet and windy around Co Wicklow with a lot of surface water in parts. Earlier icy conditions on the N81 Dublin/ Baltinglass Rd between Brittas and Blessington and at the Sally Gap seem to have thawed.
Please keep well away from headlands, piers, and exposed high ground.
The Wicklow mountain rescue and the Gardai are also calling for motorists to stay clear of the Sallygap and Wicklow gap during snow falls.
