The auction will get under way at 11am on Tuesday, December 10 at the RDS.
Those present at the auction can snap up a two-bedroom apartment in Bray for as little as €60,000 while the popular Ashford service station has a reserve price of €250,000.
The sale of a plot of land sewn with Christmas trees will probably come too late for someone looking to cash in on the crop this year but with a guide price of €45,000 it is sure to attract attention.
An apartment block of 11 units in the village of Delgany is the most expensive item on the list and auctioneers are hoping to fetch in excess of €750,000 for the property.
