Heavy rain to follow heavy nights frost

Wicklow Weather warn that tomorrow looks like a bit of a nasty day as heavy rainfall spreads eastwards with the threat of localised flooding greatest in Munster but all areas are at risk from spot flooding.

Winds will pick up with gusts of 90kmh possible in coastal and exposed areas.

Commuters should take note that up until approx 9am roads will be dangerous as widespread black ice will be prevalent tonight and up until overcast conditions arrive in the morning.
