The Wicklow Arms in Delgany is up for sale with a guide price of €1.5 million.
The iconic pub will go under the hammer in a “best bids” process on or before April 11 and is to be sold in three separate lots.
The first lot is the entire site which includes planning permissions for a “town centre development” along with a nursing home.
The second lot is the pub itself, which comprises the main bar, restaurant and bar, café, two function rooms, large kitchen and the off-licence.
Lot three is a one-acre residential site currently making up the top of the car park.
The pub, which was sold in 2012 for almost €2.5 million, is not being offered as a distressed sale.
