Local election candidate Paul O’Brien has welcomed news that Moneystown NS, Roundwood, is to receive additional accommodation of one 80m2 mainstream classroom.
“I am delighted that Minister Ruairi Quinn has awarded funding to Moneystown NS for a new classroom. Provided through the 2014 School Building Programme, it will be a welcome addition to the school, and provide a more comfortable environment for its students.
“Delivering extra facilities for schools in Wicklow is something I will be championing if elected as a councillor, so that we can hear more announcements like this for schools across the county.”
