A slight risk of localised spot flooding in areas of Munster and Leinster tomorrow from lunchtime onwards. Avg rainfall of 15mm but some areas are at slight risk of spot flooding.

Winds will be strong (East) to stormy (West) in most coastal counties nationwide with a moderate wind chill making it feel like 3c/4c (Actual Temps: Avg 9c) for most of the morning, afternoon and evening.
