The Boulevard Centre in Bray has been snapped up for €2.7 million.
Tesco, which accounts for €120,000 of rental income, has 11 years left of its lease of the premises.
The Quinnsborough Road centre also houses a number of government agencies, including FAS and Wicklow Citizens Information, and produces a total rental income of just over €242,000.
There is also a vacant 13,000sq ft unit on the first floor which if developed could add further to the investor’s income.
