Congratulations to all our athletes who competed so well in the County Track and Field Championships which was held on Friday night (2nd) and Saturday 3rd May.

Some of our athletes were weighed down with the haul of medals they individually won! But the loudest cheers erupted the stadium with the victory of so many of the young Roundwood relay teams!

Celine and Darrin provided a super big tent for our use for the day. Anita and Aileen with Michael’s help quickly coached the relay teams, and many of the parents were on hand to assist with different tasks. Thanks to all those who helped Terry officiate at the Long Jump. A lot of organization went into running these championships so hats off to Athletics Wicklow.
