Christopher Fox becomes new cathaoirleach as new-look County Council holds its first meeting

The first meeting of the new 32 seat Wicklow County Council took place this afternoon.

The first action of the new County council was to elect a new cathaoirleach, Independent Councillor Christopher Fox secured the new position by an 8 vote margin over newly elected Pat Kavanagh.
