The outlook is unsettled

Enjoy the sunshine while its lasts because according to Wicklow Weather the weekend is going to be a pretty wet and unsettled one.

The Aughrim based forecaster, has predicted that South to South East Leinster will be at risk of very heavy rainfalls leading to spot flooding and thunderstorms. Winds could also potentially reach 80kmh on exposed coats of South Leinster.

Saturday is a bit of a mixed bag as well, with torrential downpours likely. These downpours could also lead to spot flooding and thunderstorms and it will feel quite humid. There is a possibility that some areas could escape these downpours.

They also predict that the unsettled conditions could last for a few days.
