Patron 2014
The annual patron in Preban will take place on Friday July 18 at 7-30pm, and in Annacurra on Sunday evening , July 20 at 7pm. Following the 7 pm Mass on Sunday evening 20 July, the launch of the Magazine commemorating the 150th Anniversary of St Brigid’s Church, Annacurra, will take place in the Community Centre.
Gaa Lotto
Results for July 7. No jackpot winner. Numbers drawn 2-10-12-14. Match 3 winners; Killian Rheinisch,Tinahely and Mary Doyle, Tinahely. Jackpot stands at €5.800 euro. Draw held in Saltee on Monday night.
Whist Drive
There will be a whist drive in Annacurra Community Centre on Saturday night next July 19. starting at 9pm.
Montessori
Pre school and after school in Annacurra Community Centre will re-open in September 2014 under a new name; Realtai Beaga . ECCE, non ECCE and after school places available. Contact Siobhan on 0858394896.
Library
Opening times for Aughrim library are as follows; Tuesday 3-5 ,Wednesday 3-5 and 6-30 until 8-30, Friday 11-1 and 3-5, Saturday 2-4. Internet and photocopying available. Membership free.
