Carnew Frist Responders have won the Heart Save Village Award from the Irish Heart Foundation and will be presented with their award on Tuesday 29th July at 7.30pm in Coalsite Bhride Carnew, everyone is welcome to come along to this event.

Askamore road run is on Sunday 27th July at 12.30pm all welcome to come along proceeds towards Friends of Local People with M.S.

The wedding of the year will take place in Askamore Community Centre on Friday 25th July at 8pm all welcome to come along.
Car treasure hunt on Saturday 26th at 7.15pm from the Community Centre cars €10, Sunday 27th at 9.30pm the final of the Table quiz.

Carnew camogie club are holding their field day on Sunday 3rd August at 2pm in the sports field with lots of games anf fun for all the family plese come along.
TINAHELY WALKING CLUB
On Sunday July 27 the walk is part of the Wicklow Way, Enniskerry to Djouce, (grade B, 18km/5 hours approx), meeting in Tinahely Square at 9.00am. A bus transfer will be needed but there is no extra charge for this. Please ensure to wear proper walking boots, to bring adequate food & drink and to pack (or wear) rain gear. Shillelagh soccer club has started on Thursday nights at 8pm in the soccer filed in Balllard all welcome to come along.
