According to the weather forecasters we could be in for a week that will rival the Riviera
On Friday Wicklow weather said expected temperatures would reach the mid to high 20’s with further risks of t/storm activity later this week.
Today and Wednesday will see temps average 22c however by Thursday morning temps will bypass 20c by 9am in areas with highs of 28c with hazy sunshine.
Friday and the weekend will also remain very warm.
Sun Cream advisable even in light cloud conditions as UV will be very high throughout the week.
This weeks temps and very high humidity will lead to a notable increase in emergency medical help especially for those with heart conditions, the elderly & infants are at particular risk of overheating.
Make sure farm animals and pets have adequate shade and access to water at all times.
