Halloween Disco
There will be a Halloween Disco for children on Saturday October 25th from 5.30 to 7.30 in the community center. Entry cost is 5 euro per child or 10 euro per family with 2 or more children. There will be a DJ, tuck shop and teas and coffees. Lots of fun for the kids
AGM
The AGM of Annacurra Camogie Club will take place Saturday 1st November at 6pm in the supper room in Annacurra Community Hall. All committee members, trainers and parents of players welcome to attend. All support is greatly appreciated.
Aughrim Rangers FC
Aughrim Rangers FC have 7 Juvenile teams registered this year in the WDSL at U8, U9, U10A, U10B, U11, U13 & U14. We also have an U17s team in the WDFL. We are still looking for players for both U8 and U14 teams and there is still time to register. U8 games will start in 3 weeks. Community Games
Aughrim/Annacurra Community Games AGM takes place next Thursday 16th October in the foyer of Lawless Hotel at 8.30pm. We would hope to see as many Coaches, Parents and volunteers to come along to support us. It is a chance to hear what community games is all about and to put names to faces. Yes we are always looking for help at various events which you are all so good at supporting and so many help out on the night of athletics which we thank you for. Looking forward to seeing as many familiar faces both old and new on Thursday.

Results for October 6. Numbers drawn 2-6-15-28. No winners. As there was no match 3 winner for two weeks, Match 3 winners win or share €300 euro next week. Jackpot stands at €7.750 euro. Draw held in Saltee on Monday night.
Bowls ClubAnnacurra Bowls club will hold their AGM during the tea break on Thursday 23rd October 2014.
We are back for the past few weeks bowling again for the new season. We will be doing the draw for the Christmas competitions in the near future. So hopefully everyone will make a special effort to attend.

Congratulations to our club member Mary Stapleton, Kilpipe, and her Bowls team partners on winning The Cup in Gleneagle Hotel in Killarney. There were thirty two teams taking part in the bowling competition from all over Ireland. It was held from Monday 29th Sept to Thursday 2nd Oct 2014. They played a total of seven matches. The teams were drawn for partners. Mary’s partners were: Mary Curran, St. Josephs Bowls Club Ballogrove Drogheda. Noel Byrne, Caragh Bowls Club Co.
