The Fair is organized by the Aughrim Business Association and will host a variety of local Arts and Crafts, Foodstalls and Small Businesses from Aughrim and surrounding areas to show their expertise at your doorstep. Of course Santa is visiting us in the afternoon at 2.30 with free small gifts for the children. There are free activities for children: a treasure hunt, drawing and colouring. Following the success of last year the traditional music group Anne Devlin CCE will perform during the afternoon. The hotel is catering for lunches and a nice cup of coffee or tea, no need to get hungry or thirsty! The Stonecutter will have a stall and sell their lovely cakes, jams and breads. Inspiration for presents is available at stalls with paintings, fairy doors, Christmas flower arrangements, handmade soaps, beeswax candles, pottery, woodturning, honey, plants, flowers and more.
There will be a photo exhibition in the lobby of the hotel with pictures of highlights in Aughrim in 2014. The new calendar of Aughrim is available at the Fair too.
