RECEPTION FOR FORMER MEMBERS GREYSTONES TOWN COUNCIL
Greystones Town Council was established as Greystones Town Commission in 1984.
Greystones Town Council was abolished in May 2014.
This was done as part of Local Government changes.
Greystones Municipal District held a reception for former serving Members.
Reception was to show appreciation to all former Members for their hard work.
Their commitment and dedication helped to make Greystones what it is today.
Garden County Radio was at the reception.

OLD GREYSTONES HARBOUR PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION
Greystones Library for the month of December.
The O’Rourke family was very involved over the years in photographing Greystones.
These particular photographs were taken 1990 to 2000.
They would make a nice and nostalgic Christmas gift.

Hot Spot Music Club: Fundraiser for SADS
The Cyclones: 1950s Rock n’ Roll: Live Band and Dancing
Above the Beach House at Greystones Harbour.
Twenty one year old Darragh Kelly from Greystones died suddenly in his student accommodation in 2003.
Tonight’s event is to highlight the work of the Mater Family Screening Clinic, established to screen high risk families for conditions that can cause Sudden Adult/Arrhythmia Death Syndrome. The clinic, funded totally by charitable donations, has already screened over 4,500 family members.
The Kelly family would like to raise awareness of the fact that up to a hundred young people die of SADS each year in Ireland. Each family who has suffered such an unexplained death should be screened.
Doors open, 9:00 p.m.
Admission €10.00.
