Of the 12 clubs playing Camogie in Wicklow, Bray has now the largest number of Juveniles playing with 110 players registered in 2014,and all from a position of no juvenile teams a short 7 years ago.
Paul Sweeney told Wicklownews.net “While the future looks bright for camogie in the club.We have not had an Adult team for over 35 years.
As a result fielding an adult team will be a challenge.
This year we are entering a team in Wicklow Adult Camogie league and championship. We are looking for any older players who would be interested in playing with our fantastic group of Minors and enjoying our journey into the Adult ranks of Camogie.”
