Diversions (Northbound) and a stop/go system (Southbound) are still in place on the N11 following a crash this morning.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 7am.
A truck carrying cattle overturned on the stretch of road between Jack Whites and the new round about on the north end of the Arklow bypass.
The driver was taken to hospital, the extent of his injuries are not known at this time.
The cattle were removed from the truck and are being contained in a nearby field.
